Mike joined the United States Air Force in 2003. After graduating from the Security Forces Apprentice course Mike was stationed at Goodfellow AFB, Texas as a Security Forces Controller, Electronic Security Systems Administrator, as well as Assistant Flight Chief. While stationed at GoodFellow AFB, Mike was selected to attend the Air Force Close Precision Engagement Course (CPEC). Upon graduation Mike was deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom as a CPE team leader. In 2009 he was selected to support Security Forces contingency operations as a ground combat instructor at the 96th Ground Combat Training Squadron (96 GCTS), Eglin AFB, FL. In 2011 Mike was hired internally as the 96 GCTS Resource Advisor (RA). Within this position Mike managed 7 million in funding over a three year period, administered multiple government contracts, and managed the government purchase card program for the unit.
Mike graduated from the Community College of the Air Force with an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice in 2010. Completed his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University in 2012, and completed his Masters of Business Administration in Project Management from Walden University in 2014. Mike is United States Air Force Sales Manager for Darley Defense and responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships by providing quality products and services to our customers.
Mike loves to spend time with his family and is married to Kristin Brown, together they have three daughters, Luxe, Maddison, and Kennedy.
